New Kit Club!!

oooh Tiddly discount my friends!!

Normally, I would have shared our new Tiddly Inks digital and clear stamps release yesterday, but the shipping fairies have not been nice and timely for Christy. Even though we are waiting on the clear stamps to arrive right now, we DO have the digital images in the shop and ready to go. Want to meet the new cuties?

and here is my take on them
Jake & Emma were colored on Crafty Boots Deluxe Crafter's Cardstock using Copic Markers.
Skin - YR000, YR00, YR02, R20 (Jake) E000, E00, E02, E11, R20 (Emma)
Hair - E11, E13, E15, E18 (Jake) E34, E35, E37, E39 (Emma)
Clothes Jake - E81, E84, E87 (pants); BV20, BV23, BV25 (vest, shoes)
Clothes Emma - R81, R83, R85, R89, T3, BG32, BG34, BG23 (dress, shoes)
Flowers - RV13, RV14, Rv17, YG06, YG09
I used the sketch pen feature on my Cameo Silhouette to create the sentiment. It created an embossed look that I love on kraft cardstock. Add in some Prima firefly PP, some Hambly Washi Tape, and a Prima flowers, and I called it complete. :)

Next up are Bloom Beautifully

 and Celebrate Joyfully

I combined these little darlings onto one scene and colored them up.

New Challenge up at Tiddly Inks

This morning starts a new challenge over on the Tiddly Inks blog.. ready for it?

Besides having something with wings on it (paper, embellishments)  you must use a Tiddly Inks image to qualify for the prize. :)

I cut this place card using my Cameo Silhouette using American Craft Cardstock. I also cut out the doily with the same cardstock; Prima Firefly Pattern Paper; Embellishments are My Minds Eye, Prima, Piccolo Enamel paint, The Twinery Twine.

Anniversary gift

So, this was up on the Clear Scraps blog on Saturday. It's actually one of my favorite things I created with the new CHA release this year.

I used one of the new Mascils, the 6" circles from Clear Scraps along with this large plaque. I think the design is just gorgeous.. Hope my cousin likes it... as this is going to be an anniversary gift for her this year. :)

I know I went a little dark with that V99.. I think I need to rediscover coloring faces all over again... she's still super cute though, and I loved paper piecing part of the present box!!  Paper is from Crate Fourteen!

New Clear Stamp release with Some Odd Girl!!

Hello my scrappy friends!!
I'm so excited to share with you this week THREE new Clear Stamp releases from Some Odd Girl. I hope you didn't miss the hop last week. If so, go check out the Odd Girl Blog and come join us at our New Ning Community!! Some Odd Girl turns 3 January 18th, and we have challenges and games planned all through the week for a fun party celebration!!

Today, we meet Big Wishes Mae!!
I did a little something different with this stamp, and stamped her out on Vellum paper!
I then colored her with my trusty Copic markers.
Silly me, I did not use the sentiment that came with the stamp (which is totes adorbs, I promise you!) but instead used a sentiment from Everyday Smiles.
Isn't she cute?

CHA 2013 Clear Scraps Blog Hop!!

Woohooo! I am sooo excited about this blog hop.  This is a large photo post, so it may take a little longer to load, I promise it is worth the wait. :)

Clear Scraps has over 140 NEW releases this year, and each one of them is a treasure I tell you! There are new Mascils which are masks/stencils! Acrylic Borders and Frames!! 

And my favorite, which I am sharing with you today, is the new Bind it Your Way binder, which is 100% Clear Acrylic! I worked with the Large Binder and two binder insert packages, one chipboard and one acrylic.
To get an idea of how Clear this is, I will show you another photo of the binder open.
Here you can see the delicious new vine border I alcohol inked in yellow.

Here's the first page in the album. I used a lot of old transparency items I had held on to over the last few years to put in this album.

I even alcohol inked the binder rings on the inside, it was quick and easy.

It is hard to tell in the photos, but I staggered the album to be acrylic, chipboard, acrylic, chipboard... and I love how it came out.
