Clear Scraps Recipe Stand!

Good morning sunshines!
I am on top of the world today.. my not so little girl Katelyn is celebrating her SWEET SIXTEEN today! Happy Birthday, Baby!

If you remember, she got her early birthday present of going to Aerosmith's concert in August! This morning, we gave her the T-Shirt from their Global Warming Tour.
Talk about a happy kid. :) We are having her birthday party next week, as her schedule is pretty full this week. Gotta love Marching Band. ^_^

On to another piece of happiness.

Clear Scraps has released a new 4x6 Recipe Stand kit!
It is quite amazing, and perfect for gift giving, which is what I did.

**post will be photo heavy**

This is the cover. See the heart you?
KPC is Katelyn's initials, and I included photos from birth to 16.
I gave it to her this morning and she loved it.

The tabs are acrylic, which I stamped on, then placed 7Gypsies Stickers on the tabs.
This next photo is of me lifting up the acrylic tab. I love it!
I have no idea what I was daydreaming about when I wrote the year.. but it is obviously off by ten years.. lol Katelyn caught that this morning, and I was like.. happy 6th birthday? and she was like uhh NO Mom! haha So I will be going back in there to fix that.
I remember that day like it was yesterday too. They grow up too quickly!
The tag pulls out for additional photos.
I cut the pocket and tag on my Cameo Silhouette.

when you look at it from the backside, you see photos and stuff as well
Totally fun right?
I think I am going to grab a couple more to create as gifts for family members this year. Hope I have enough time to get on that. :)
A huge thanks to all you who stop in and comment, I just love that and it really brightens my day! A big thanks if you made it all the way through this post as well. :)
Go check out the other Recipe Kits from Clear Scraps, they rock!

Fab Friday and New Halloween goodies!

Woohoo! It's Friday!
This week actually flew by for me, how about you?

Tiddly Inks has released some really cute digital images perfect for the Holidays.
Have you seen the Halloween ones yet?
Head over to the Challenge Blog to see some fabulous DT Inspiration, and the new cuties!

I created with the Vamp Me digital stamp.

Super simple, yet I love the 3d look I achieved by gluing the main image on the inside of the card, and adhering the portion of her hair on the outside. Looks really cool when the card is closed and then opening up.

I will edit this post later today to add in the Copic colors I used. :)
Have a WONDERFUL Friday!!
