World Card Making Day! Woot!

I am so excited to be joining in World Card Making Day this year.
It's my first time participating and I'm stoked!

I actually had a card all ready to go for today, but then got an email in the middle of the night letting me know it will be published come January.. so I had to come up with something really quick this morning.

I love Halloween and I love my Cameo Silhouette +  My kids love Sesame Street in small doses... which leads me to the card I will be sharing today.

The other night I was trying to figure out how to take a coloring book page and turn it into a cut file inside Silhouette Studio..  and I did it!
Oscar on the left was pieced together right around 9.5".. and this morning, it took me all of 10 minutes to print oscar out along with elements from the Silhouette store to create a quick festive Halloween card.
I am offering the studio file here... just know it will probably not cut well under 8" - The giant Oscar is going on display with the rest of our Halloween decor! :)

If you want to use Oscar as I did on my card, select all of him and group him, resize to your liking, click on the scissors in Silhouette Studio, and only turn on the cut lines around the edges.  Send it to your printer to print, then send it to your Cameo to be cut out. :) :) :)
Other printables used from the Silhouette Store:
3x4 Halloween Card
Echo Park Halloween Phrase
Halloween Bingo
Background pattern paper is from My Minds Eye

  3. When I was little, I had a massive Oscar the Grouch stuffed animal (so ugly) that was nearly as big as me, and I loved that thing until he literally fell apart! I love this! Such a cool idea, and super fun for Halloween!
